Getting started is easy. Simply reach out to me via phone or email to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation. During this consultation, I’ll take the time to get to know you, discuss your needs and goals for therapy, and explore how I can best support you.

Headway

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but I’m here to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible. I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work to make everything easy for my clients. Once we agree we’re a good fit for each other, I’ll send you instructions to create a Headway account. From there, you’ll be all set to pay for sessions and receive appointment reminders and updates.

The Intake Process

Our first visit will involve completing a 60-minute intake, during which I’ll gather more information about you to better understand your history and current needs. We'll then work together to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Follow-Up Sessions

After your intake, we’ll schedule regular follow-up sessions to do the work of therapy. I’ll help you achieve your goals by applying effective treatments, and we’ll continue meeting for as long or as little as you need.

Fees & Insurance

I offer competitive fees and accept a variety of insurance plans to help cover the cost of treatment.

I’m currently in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Medicaid

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Medicare Advantage

  • Cigna

  • Quest Behavioral Health

Private pay rate - $180 for a 60-minute virtual session.

Cancellations

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation fees.

Between-Session Support

Your wellbeing is my top priority. If you need a quick check-in between sessions to talk through a problem or get some encouragement, I’m available via phone, text, or email.

Office Hours

I’m available to schedule appointments between 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday. I don’t offer evening or weekend appointments at this time.

Telehealth (Online Sessions)

I offer telehealth sessions to provide a convenient and accessible way to receive therapy services from wherever you are. Using a secure video call platform, I can connect with clients anywhere in Minnesota while ensuring the same privacy and professionalism of in-person meetings.
